Italian Sci-Fi MONDOCANE Soundtrack Released – Blu-Ray Coming from Kino Lorber in July

Cinevox & GDM Music have released a soundtrack album for the Italian sci-fi thriller MONDOCANE. The album features a provocative synth-based score composed by Federico Bisozzi & Davide Tomat. MONDOCANE is co-written and directed by Alessandro Celli and stars Dennis Protopapa, Giuliano Soprano, Alessandro Borghi, Barbara Ronchi, Federica Torchetti and Ludovica Nasti. The movie is set on Italy’s southern coast in the near future in the city of Taranto, a toxic ghost town that no one dares to enter. The poorest are left fighting for survival, while gangs are competing for territory. Two thirteen-year-old orphans, who grew up together, dream of joining one of the gangs. The thriller, which premiered at last year’s Venice Film Festival, opened in Italian theaters last year and was released in select U.S. theaters on May 20 by Kino Lorber, which will release the film on Blu-Ray on July 12. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, Spotify and other streaming sources. – via filmmusicreporter and other sources.
