Expanded Table of Contents

Because of the comprehensive commentary with which the author has lent to his analysis of fantastic film music, chapters have been divided into numerous subsections, running from a couple of paragraphs to dozens of pages, covering specific topics, composers, or films. For reasons of space, the books’ Table of Contents is limited to chapter titles only. To provide a broader look at the scope of the book, this expanded Table of Contents is provided to denote the individual subsections that occupy each chapter.
